SUMMER DAY CAMP

OPEN TO CURRENT SBCA STUDENTS ONLY

*Children ages 4 (must be 4 on or before 9/1/21) through students who have completed 5th grade are invited to join us for our South Baldwin Christian Academy (SBCA) Summer Day Camp! The camp will begin on June 1st through August 6th. Please note that this year's summer camp is only available to current SBCA families.

This day-long (7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.) camp features Biblical instruction, educational opportunities, arts and crafts, and a variety of fun activities in a safe, Christian environment. Weekly field trips are provided for children who have completed kindergarten through children who have completed 5th grade. Swimming, movies, bowling and parks are among the field trip options offered.

Costs include a $100 registration fee. Weekly costs are $115 for preschool students and $100 for elementary students. Field trip fees are included in the total program costs. Registration and fees can be paid in full prior to the start of Summer Camp. Registration must be paid in full to reserve your student's spot.

  • I give my consent for my child to participate in any off-site activity during the summer camp program. Transportation to and from these activities will be provided via the school van which will be under the supervision of a camp staff member. Weekly field trips are provided for children who have completed kindergarten through children who have completed 5th grade. Pre-school children do not participate in off-site activities.
  • I grant permission to South Baldwin Christian Academy (from now on known as SBCA) and its subordinates, to use my child's name and/or photographs for use in SBCA publications such as recruiting brochures, newsletters, and magazines, to use my child's name/and or photographs-videos on display boards, to use my child's name and/or photographs-videos in electronic versions of the same publications or on the SBCA website or other electronic forms or media and for submissions for articles in local and national newspapers to be published. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs, videos or printed or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photograph. I hereby agree to release, defend, and hold harmless SBCA and subordinates, including any firm publishing and/or distributing the finished product in whole or in part, whether on paper or via electronic media, from and against any claims, damages or liability arising from or related to the use of the photographs-videos, including but not limited to any misuse, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion or use in composite form, either intentionally or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in taking, processing, reduction or production of the finished product, its publication or distribution.
  • Over-the-Counter (OTC) medication are drugs that do not require a prescription and are purchased “over-the-counter.” If you would prefer that we not administer Over-the-Counter medication, please indicate below.
  • In the event that your child needs emergency medical treatment during school summer camp hours or at school activities/off-site field trips while he/she attends SBCA, I hereby authorize SBCA staff to administer such first aid or other minor medical treatment as shall be deemed best under the circumstances, and I consent for my child to receive such treatment. I understand that SBCA will attempt to notify me in the event of an emergency requiring immediate medical care for my child and if the School is unable to notify me, it will have my child treated by a qualified physician at the nearest hospital or emergency center. Any medical information provided to SBCA may be shared with emergency medical personnel. This authorization applies to all school-sponsored programs.
