Dear Parents,
As we continue to monitor Covid-19 updates and access the implications of this situation on the SBCA community, we wanted to provide you with the latest information concerning our plans for responding to this public health situation. At this time, we are keeping the school open tomorrow, Mar. 17th, but are advising all parents to keep their children home if possible. We will be closing SBCA on Wed., Mar. 18th. While we apologize for this late notice and the inconvenience we know this may cause many of our families, it is important to know that this decision was reached after careful consideration of the most recent news from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Alabama Department of Public Health (ADPH). Most of the other Baldwin and Mobile County private Christian have either already closed as of today or will be closing as well tomorrow.
After-Care
Please note that if it is necessary for you to bring your child to school tomorrow, After-Care will not be provided. All absences this week are being excused.
Remote Learning Options
Administrators and teachers will be in the office through Friday and will be working to put plans in place for remote learning options.
