Our second annual staff retreat was a huge success! At SBCA, we have adopted five pillars that keep our school striving for excellence in all areas of life.
SBCA is a learning community that:

- Enjoys Our Campus and Our World
We focused on developing all of these pillars at our staff retreat. Gulf Shores Learning Center hosted our team, and our stay at The Bunkhouse made us all feel like kids at summer camp again! Woodside Grill graciously took care of our meals and our guest speakers fed our souls as well as our minds.
A special thank you to Madge Williams, Allison Moore and Fred Franks for taking time to pour into our staff! Our Parent Teacher Fellowship (PTF) plans to share some wisdom from each of our speakers this year so be on the lookout for those dates coming soon.
