Thank you so much for partnering with us to make this year’s Operation: Christmas Child shoebox drive a huge success! Together, our students and families packed an amazing 139 shoeboxes!
Along with packing shoeboxes, some of our students took part in two off-campus serve days at Lagoon Baptist Church. On the first day of collection week, our first group of students helped with delivering and processing close to 2,000 locally packed shoeboxes, and then, at the end of collection week, our second group helped to load the entire collection of shoeboxes in a Uhaul truck to be delivered for processing.
They all worked so hard, and we couldn’t be more pleased with how they served God and represented SBCA.
As a school, we are so thankful for the opportunities we have to introduce our students to local and global missions. It’s so exciting to watch them grow spiritually as they encounter God in new & refreshing ways!
