Hey everyone, I think it goes without saying that 2022 didn’t waste any time in presenting us with renewed challenges and the ongoing necessity to remain flexible. At the same time, I learned a long time ago that challenges are just opportunities in disguise. I would like to commend our team here at South Baldwin Christian Academy (SBCA) as well as our students and families for their continued commitment and support as we navigate through this frustrating Covid season. As challenges mount, I am more and more impressed by our creative ingenuity to overcome them and not allow them to get the better of us.
I am so thankful for our faculty and staff who care deeply for our students and families and are fully committed to the success of our ministry here. On that note, we are also very thankful for our Chapel program and the amazing team of youth pastors who give of their time and talents to minister to our middle and high school students each Friday. Their fresh perspectives and relevant messages with stimulating illustrations are always energetic & influential. They connect with our students so well and we are blessed to have them on campus.
Furthermore, our pre-K and elementary students continue to be enriched & engaged each Friday as we have a joyous time with motion worship and a variety of RightNow Media series that are geared specifically for younger audiences. They never cease to surprise me with the knowledge and insight that they retain and recall from week to week. It is such an encouragement to watch them grow spiritually, and begin to see God’s hand and the truth of His Word all around them.
As we press on and push forward, I am increasingly optimistic about the remainder of this school year, and I’m looking forward to greater things ahead. To God be the glory! Love & Blessings!
